At RSCG, most of our products and services are custom-based or personalized according to each customer’s specific request. Please contact our team before placing an order to confirm all details.

1. Custom Services and Custom Orders

All custom services, personalized orders, and special-request products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processing has started.

2. Order Confirmation

Customers must contact our customer service team before payment to confirm:
service details
product requirements
pricing
delivery method
estimated processing time
Once the order is confirmed, it will be arranged based on the agreed details.

3. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have not yet entered processing may be eligible for cancellation.
Orders that have already entered customization, preparation, sourcing, or production cannot be canceled
4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
we are unable to provide the confirmed service
the order cannot be completed due to our own issue
there is a clear quality problem or major error caused by our side
Refund requests for reasons unrelated to quality, confirmed service details, or our responsibility may not be approved.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
change of mind after confirmation
delays caused by customs, flights, holidays, or carrier issues
incorrect information provided by the customer
personalized or custom-made items after production has started
