At RSCG, some of our listings are service-based, while some may include physical products, accessories, or custom items depending on the confirmed order.

1. Service-Based Orders

For digital, consulting, sourcing, or custom service orders, physical shipping may not be required unless otherwise agreed.

2. Physical Product Orders

If your order includes physical products, shipping will be arranged according to the confirmed order details.

3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on stock location:

  • Overseas warehouse: usually 3–7 business days
  • China shipment: usually 8–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Possible Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • flight scheduling
  • public holidays
  • severe weather
  • local courier delays
  • peak season congestion

5. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are usually updated after shipment is arranged. In some cases, tracking updates may take additional time to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery or loss caused by incorrect address information submitted by the customer.

7. Customs and Import Issues

International orders may be subject to customs processing depending on the destination country. Any customs delay is outside our direct control.
